“Every home we create carries two very proud names… yours and ours!”
Is Sabatello A Good Fit?

As much as we would like to work with everyone, we are also realistic.  We understand that we may not be a good fit for every situation.  People have different needs, and we are best qualified and equipped to meet the needs of individuals or families who:

SABATELLO is a committed, experienced full service "Professional Remodeling Contractor", not a contractor learning the process.  We are committed to the Industry and have dedicated over 30-years in the business to observe high standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility in the conduct of sound business practices.  We promote good faith only in those products and services which are known to be functionally and economically sound, and which are known to be consistent with objective standards of health and safety.

SABATELLO will provide you with, and makes part of the Contract, a time frame for starting and completing the project.

SABATELLO will assign a project supervisor for each job. You will be provided exact names and contact phone numbers for all persons who will be involved in the project.

SABATELLO will communicate and keep you informed on the progress of your project.  You will know how early the workers normally begin work and when they will normally stop working for the day.  We will also keep you informed about delays or changes in the schedule.

SABATELLO will take the time to explain the “Remodeling Process” and work schedules to you.  This will allow you the understanding of what steps are needed by you.

SABATELLO will provide you with a “completion package” consisting of a copy of your final walk-thru inspection, a list of subcontractors who performed work on your home, a Contractors Final Affidavit certifying that all subcontractors and suppliers have been paid in full, as well as copies of all Final Release of Liens from subcontractors so that you are not subject to any liens or future unexpected payments.

Of the many questions you can ask during an initial meeting, the most important question is one you must ask yourself “Do I feel comfortable with and trust the person I am about to hire?”

Your answer to that last question should make the hiring decision and choice of SABATELLO much easier.
